The Recordings

All orders of learning recordings include the Full-Mix and 4 part-predominant tracks, and 4 part-missing tracks. Other options* (described below) are available upon request. Formats other than those described below may also be possible for no extra charge, so please don’t hesitate to ask.

Full-Mix:

This track is a balanced mix of the song, for the listener to hear how their part fits into the whole and to give the listener an overall feel for the arrangement.

Part-Predominant:

The selected voice part is louder than the others and sounds out of the left speaker, while all other voice parts are softer and out of the right speaker. This allows the listener to learn their part while following along with the music.

Part-Missing:

The selected voice part is removed completely from the balanced full-mix track. The listener can sing along on their part with this track to feel how they fit into the sound and the music.

*Solo Part:

The selected voice part is the only part in the recording, sounding out of both speakers. This allows the listener to hear their voice part in complete isolation, resulting in more clarity in some difficult passages.

*Part Left:

The selected voice part sounds out of the left speaker, while all other voice parts sound out of the right speaker. This allows the listener to use only one ear bud, or to use their stereo’s panning option, to set the balance of their part vs. the others.
